Fixed speed LU compressors for reliable air supply from 4-160 kW

The LU 4-160 range brings together Liutech’s fixed‑speed oil‑injected screw compressors in one continuous family, covering compact machines for workshops through to powerful industrial units for production environments. Across the range, efficient screw elements, direct or elastic‑coupled drivelines and rigid cabinet structures provide stable output and long‑term durability under steady load conditions.

Thermal design is based on separated hot and cold zones with generously sized coolers and optimised airflow paths, helping maintain safe temperatures during extended operation. The AIRLOGIC² T controller provides clear visibility of pressure, temperatures, alarms and service intervals, supporting consistent operation and simplified monitoring across installations of different sizes.

LU 11

LU 4-160 compressors are available in multiple power ratings from 4 to 160 kW, aligned with typical industrial pressure settings around 7 to 10 bar. Performance is measured according to ISO 1217 reference conditions, providing reliable free air delivery values suitable for steady‑load applications.

The range includes compact small‑frame units and larger industrial cabinets with enhanced cooling capacity. 

The LU 4-160 range is designed for straightforward maintenance, with wide‑opening panels and clearly arranged air, oil and cooling circuits that simplify inspection and routine service tasks. Externally accessible filters, separators and service points help reduce downtime during regular maintenance.

Effective inlet filtration and oil‑air separation protect internal components and extend service intervals. The intelligent controller supports maintenance planning through running‑hour tracking, alarms and service reminders, helping ensure predictable upkeep and stable operation.
