Low pressure drop

Optimised housings and smooth internal flow paths minimise pressure loss, helping reduce energy consumption and preserve overall system efficiency.

High filtration

Glass‑fibre media efficiently remove dust, aerosols and oil, supporting multiple ISO air‑quality classes across different filtration grades.

Reliable drainage

Integrated float‑type drains discharge condensate, preventing moisture carry‑over and ensuring stable, consistent filter performance.

Advanced line filters for clean, efficient compressed air systems

The LF(e) 9–490 line filter family combines robust housings with high‑performance filter elements to deliver clean compressed air across flows from approximately 0.9 to 49 m³/min. Multi‑layer glass‑fibre media capture particles and aerosols with high efficiency while maintaining low flow resistance, supporting consistent air quality throughout the system.

Durable epoxy‑sealed end caps, dual O‑ring interfaces and integrated condensate drainage ensure reliable, leak‑free operation over long service intervals. Multiple filtration grades, including particle, fine dust, coalescing oil removal and vapour adsorption, allow users to meet defined ISO air‑purity requirements without oversizing equipment.

Le

LF(e) 9–490 filters are designed for compressed air systems operating up to approximately 16 bar, with inlet temperatures up to around 66 °C depending on model and configuration. The range covers airflow capacities from about 0.9 m³/min to nearly 49 m³/min, making it suitable for both small installations and larger industrial networks.

Filter housings are engineered for strength and corrosion resistance, supporting reliable operation in continuous industrial environments.

The LF(e) 9–490 range is designed for fast, safe and predictable maintenance. Filter elements can be replaced easily, with O‑ring sealing ensuring correct positioning and eliminating leakage risks after service. Clear installation orientation and accessible drain components simplify routine inspections.

Maintaining clean upstream air, correct filter sizing and timely element replacement helps extend service life and ensures consistent ISO‑compliant air quality. Simple maintenance routines reduce downtime while supporting long‑term reliability of the compressed air system.

Low pressure drop and efficient filter media design reduce the energy required to deliver clean compressed air, contributing directly to lower operating costs. By preventing dust, oil and vapours from reaching downstream equipment, LF(e) filters help reduce wear on valves, actuators and instrumentation.

Multiple filtration grades allow users to tailor air purity to specific applications without unnecessary oversizing. Rugged housings, reliable drainage and long element life combine to deliver a low total cost of ownership and dependable system protection.
